蹄膀配上山蘇(?)好誘人的畫面啊!

 

Braise the pig's trotter in soy sauce with nest fern(a vegetable grow in the mountain) what a wonderful picture~

 

先前到宜蘭玩的時候,估狗到這家原住民料理,

when i traveled to Ilan, I found this aboriginal restaurant.

 

就離微丹民宿不遠,走路可能不到十分鐘左右的距離,

It near the Wei-Dan B&B, probably walk less than 10 minutes.

 

晚餐就大家一起來這邊用餐了!

so we went there for dinner.

大都是大圓桌

不論是套餐或適合菜的部分,都有低消的限制。

 

because they offer free tea and rice, they have the minimum charge.

 

2 person need to order at least one set meal,

 

3~4 person at least  2 etc

 

and the family style meals are all for 10 person.

馬告涼拌生菜

馬告就是山胡椒,醬料酸酸甜甜帶有馬告的香氣,

sweet and sour sauce with the mountain pepper smell

是個很好的纖維質來源。

it is a good source of fiber.

打那雞配馬告香腸

還配有酸酸甜甜的泡菜,我想應該是百香果泡菜吧!

 

it also serve with pickles, i think it passionfruit sauce pickles! very nice!

 

炒山豬肉刈包

鹹香略帶甜味的洋蔥炒山豬肉

 

nice smell and a little salty and sweet fried wild pork slice with onion

 

配上自製的香噴噴軟綿綿打那刈包

 

with homemade dai nai bao, dai nai is one of mountail vegaeable that aboriginal will use in their dishes.

 

一口咬下好不滿足

打那雞湯

清淡爽口,喝了可以暖身

 

the soup is light and can make you warm.

 

炸喜那拼地瓜

炸喜那也叫做昭和草,是山茼蒿,帶有特殊香氣,算是招牌料理

 

hi-nai is Crassocephalum, is also a kind of mountain vegeatable which have special smell. 

 

炸地瓜超外酥內鬆軟香甜,超喜歡~

 

i like the fried sweet potato, outside is crispy inside is soft and sweet.

 

肉桂清蒸鱸魚

沒有很強的肉桂味,但是魚肉鮮甜細緻緊實好吃!

 

not strong cinnamon favor, but the fish is very delicate and delicious.

 

炸溪蝦

炸溪蝦好吃到我們還外帶了一盤回民宿配酒繼續吃 哈哈哈

 

hahah this dish is so good that we even order one more take away back to b&b keep eating with beer!

 

全身都香脆香鹹 超涮嘴~

 

all shrimp can eat! so crispy and a little bit spicy! can not stop!

 

馬告紅燒蹄膀

雖然有辣椒但不辣啦!althogh it has chlli on it but it is not spicy at all

 

肥潤潤的豬腳煮得亮晶晶的就是無法抗拒~

 

the pork already cook perfectly let people cannot resist it.

山胡椒特殊的香氣跟麻麻的口感配上清甜的高麗菜很是舒服

總而言之,這次原住民料理算是一個好的經驗~

overall, it was an good experience of indigenous cusines

 

很推薦大家有機會可以來試試看,但不要特意為了他來,有到這邊來再排入行程就好了!
